IT costs were out of control. Cloud bills were climbing every month with no clear explanation. The company had accumulated SaaS subscriptions across every department, many with overlapping features, some completely unused. Nobody had a complete picture of what was being paid for, who was using it, or whether it was necessary. The CFO wanted answers. The IT team didn't have them.

Solution

We ran a full IT stack audit. Every SaaS subscription, cloud resource, and internal tool was inventoried, mapped to actual usage data, and evaluated for necessity. We killed 23 SaaS tools that were unused, redundant, or replaceable. Four overlapping project management and communication tools were consolidated into one. Cloud infrastructure was right-sized based on actual utilization metrics. We set up automated reporting so costs never drift again without someone noticing.
