How do I get started?
After installing PARA Mail Organizer from the Mac App Store, open the app and grant it access to Apple Mail when prompted. The app will guide you through setting up your first PARA categories (Projects, Areas, Resources, Archive) and mapping them to your mailboxes.
How do I set up mail rules?
Go to Settings and select "Mail Rules." You can create rules based on sender, subject, or keywords to automatically sort incoming emails into your PARA categories. Rules are applied in the order they appear — drag to reorder them.
How do I restore purchases?
Open PARA Mail Organizer, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If the restore does not work, try signing out and back into the App Store, then try again.
Does the app read my emails?
PARA Mail Organizer processes your emails entirely on your Mac. Your email content is never sent to any external server, and we have no access to your messages, attachments, or metadata. All processing happens locally on your device.
