How it works in week one

Slack Directory listing is in review (typical wait: 4–8 weeks). Until it lands, we install via direct OAuth — same Slack permission scopes, same security model, no app store.
The scan engine itself is already production code — it's the same scanner running our internal hygiene checks. The PDF render is templated. Your first report ships within 72 hours of the discovery call.
Founding customers get founder-level support: a direct Slack DM line, custom report sections on request, and price locked at $99 even when we move to $149 next year.
Questions IT admins ask first
The fine print.
- Do you store our Slack data?
- No. We scan, render the PDF, and discard. Workspace metadata (admin lists, channel lists, app lists) lives in memory for the duration of the scan only. The PDF is the only artifact retained, and you own it.
- What scopes do you need?
team:read,channels:read,users:read,admin.apps:read,admin.users:read. Business+ plan tier sufficient. No Enterprise Grid required.- What about Enterprise Grid?
- Not in v1. Enterprise Grid org-level scanning is on the Year 1 roadmap — annual subscribers get first access.
- Is this a Slack Directory app?
- Submitted, review pending. Direct OAuth in the meantime — same install flow, no marketplace dependency.
- Why subscribe instead of one-off?
- Because workspace state drifts weekly. The admin who quit last Tuesday is still admin until someone audits. One-off audits are stale by the next standup.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Email and we'll prorate to the day. No contracts. Founding pricing follows you back if you return within 12 months.
