This Privacy Policy describes how Claude Code Battery ("the App") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any information. The App operates entirely on your local device without sending any data to our servers.

How the App Works

Claude Code Battery performs the following operations locally on your Mac:

• Token Storage: When you enter your Claude OAuth token during setup, it is stored securely in your macOS Keychain. This token never leaves your device except to communicate with Anthropic's API.
• API Communication: The App sends your OAuth token to api.anthropic.com to retrieve your usage statistics. This is a direct connection between your device and Anthropic's servers.
• Usage Display: Your usage statistics are displayed locally and are not stored, logged, or transmitted anywhere else.

Data Security

We take the following measures to protect your data:

• Secure Storage: Your OAuth token is stored in the macOS Keychain, Apple's secure credential storage system.
• App Sandbox: The App runs in Apple's App Sandbox, limiting its access to only what's necessary.
• HTTPS Only: All communication with Anthropic's API uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
• No External Services: The App does not connect to any servers other than api.anthropic.com.

Third-Party Services

The App communicates only with:

• Anthropic API (api.anthropic.com): To fetch your Claude usage statistics. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs how they handle this data.

We do not use any analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or other third-party services.

Data We Do NOT Collect

To be explicit, we do not collect:

• Personal identification information
• Usage statistics or patterns
• Device information
• Location data
• Your Claude conversations or prompts
• Analytics or telemetry data

Your Rights

Since we don't collect any data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete from our systems. Your OAuth token is stored locally on your device, and you can remove it at any time through the App's settings or by deleting the App.

Children's Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
