Summary: Use the App responsibly. You provide your own Claude API key and are responsible for API costs. AI classifications are suggestions, not guarantees. Review classifications before relying on them.

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using AI Ticket Classifier ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

These Terms apply in addition to the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service and Atlassian Marketplace Terms.

All payments are processed through Atlassian Marketplace. Pricing may change with notice. AI provider costs (Anthropic) are separate and your responsibility.

6. AI-Generated Classifications

AI-generated classifications are suggestions provided for convenience. We do not guarantee that classifications will be:

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated classifications before relying on them. The App provides confidence scores specifically to help you assess classification reliability.

Classification patterns learned from your tickets are stored in Forge Storage and are isolated to your Jira instance. These patterns are not shared with other customers or used to train models for other purposes.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. All data stored in Forge Storage will be deleted upon uninstallation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be notified through the App or Atlassian Marketplace.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the App provider is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
