End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and AI Ticket Classifier ("Licensor," "we," or "us") for the use of the AI Ticket Classifier application ("Software").

BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

Subject to the terms of this EULA and payment of applicable fees, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your internal business purposes through the Atlassian Jira Cloud platform.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. You are responsible for obtaining your own Anthropic API key and for any fees charged by Anthropic for API usage.

4. Data and Privacy

The Software processes Jira ticket data and sends it to Anthropic's Claude API for classification. Classification patterns and feedback are stored in Atlassian's Forge Storage. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Your Jira content remains your property. Classification patterns learned from your data are stored within your Jira instance's Forge Storage and are not shared.

Licensor may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. These updates are subject to this EULA unless accompanied by a new agreement.

Support is provided according to your subscription tier through the channels described on our Support page.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. AI-GENERATED CLASSIFICATIONS ARE SUGGESTIONS ONLY AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS EULA OR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING DAMAGES RESULTING FROM INCORRECT CLASSIFICATIONS. LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Licensor from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software, reliance on AI classifications, or violation of this EULA.

12. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations in your use of the Software.

13. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Licensor is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software.
