These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Phygital Timer application ("the app", "we", "us") for iOS. By downloading, installing, or using Phygital Timer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Phygital Timer is a productivity app that provides customizable interval timers for workouts, study sessions, and focused work. The app combines physical and digital timer experiences to help users manage their time effectively.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use Phygital Timer. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Phygital Timer does not require you to create an account. No personal identity information (name, email, phone number) is collected. Your preferences and subscription status are managed through your device and Apple ID.
Phygital Timer is a general productivity tool. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you use the app for exercise or physical training, consult a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness programme.

All content, design, code, and trademarks in Phygital Timer are owned by TechConcepts.Org or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We strive to keep Phygital Timer available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time, with or without notice.

Phygital Timer integrates with RevenueCat (subscription management) and Apple StoreKit. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Phygital Timer after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy. EU consumers also benefit from mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
