Phygital Timer ("we", "us", or "the app") is a desktop timer application for macOS with four modes: Timer, Pomodoro, Interval, and Meditation. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Data We Collect

Phygital Timer does not collect any personally identifiable information.

Your timer settings and preferences are stored locally using macOS UserDefaults and are never transmitted anywhere. The app collects only minimal, anonymous crash data to help us fix bugs:

• Crash reports (Sentry) — device type, OS version, and stack traces when the app crashes. No personally identifiable information is included. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

Phygital Timer does not collect:

• Personal identity information (name, email, phone number)
• Usage analytics
• Location data
• Device identifiers

4. Third-Party Services

• Sentry — crash reporting and error tracking. Sentry collects device type, OS version, and stack traces to help us fix bugs. No personally identifiable information is collected. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.
• Apple (App Store / StoreKit) — processes any in-app purchases. Apple handles payment information directly; we never receive your payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Phygital Timer does not integrate any advertising networks or tracking services. It uses macOS native notifications (UserNotifications framework) to alert you when timers complete — this is handled locally by the operating system.

5. Data Storage

Timer preferences (selected mode, duration settings) are stored locally on your Mac using standard macOS preferences. Uninstalling the app removes all associated data.

6. Children's Privacy

Phygital Timer does not collect any data from any user, including children. The app is safe for all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
