2. Data We Collect

Phygital Timer collects no personal data whatsoever.

The app runs entirely on your Mac with no network connections, no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. Your timer settings and preferences are stored locally using macOS UserDefaults and are never transmitted anywhere.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

Phygital Timer does not collect:

• Personal identity information (name, email, phone number)
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Any data transmitted over the internet

4. Third-Party Services

Phygital Timer does not integrate any third-party services. The app is entirely self-contained and works offline. It uses macOS native notifications (UserNotifications framework) to alert you when timers complete — this is handled locally by the operating system.

5. Data Storage

Timer preferences (selected mode, duration settings) are stored locally on your Mac using standard macOS preferences. Uninstalling the app removes all associated data.

6. Children's Privacy

Phygital Timer does not collect any data from any user, including children. The app is safe for all ages.

7. Changes to This Policy
