These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the eXpense application ("the app", "we", "us") for iOS, macOS, and watchOS. By downloading, installing, or using eXpense, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
eXpense is a personal finance app that helps users track and categorise their expenses across iOS, macOS, and Apple Watch. The app stores data locally on your device and does not transmit financial data to external servers.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use eXpense. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
eXpense does not require you to create an account. Your expense data is stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud if you have iCloud enabled. No financial data is transmitted to our servers.
eXpense is a personal budgeting tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. The app is designed for personal expense tracking only. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on data tracked in the app.
You agree not to:
All content, design, code, and trademarks in eXpense are owned by TechConcepts.Org or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We strive to keep eXpense available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time, with or without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
eXpense integrates with RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple StoreKit, and Apple iCloud. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of eXpense after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy. EU consumers also benefit from mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
