Areti

Areti is a Madrid-based wealth management firm. Since 2024, TechConcepts has served as their technical advisor, focusing on operational automation in fund administration and client reporting workflows.

The engagement began after Areti's senior partners identified that approximately 8 hours of partner-level time per week was consumed by manual custodian reconciliation — data that existed in three separate PDF formats from three different custodians, requiring manual comparison and consolidation before any client report could be produced.

The first system delivered in week 6 automated that reconciliation entirely. Subsequent work has covered client reporting templating and document workflow management.
